This product with vitamin D3 from Zoo Med is a phosphorus-free calcium supplement for reptiles and amphibians. Size: 3 oz (85g).
Vitamin D3 is essential for the reptile body. Vitamin D3 can be absorbed by the body with or without UVB light, so it's more advantageous than non-D3 supplements, especially for nocturnal reptiles that benefit little from UVB light.
This vitamin supplement is in powder form and can be sprinkled on insects or food. Instructions and quantity to be indicated on the jar.
