Delivery policy and guarantees

On this page, you'll learn how order shipping works, your responsibility when choosing shipping when placing an order and what guarantees we offer. At the bottom of this page, you'll find the ‘'Returns and refunds’' category.

How do we ship?

We use several reputable carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, GLS, CANADA POST, and many others.


Shipping times generally vary from 1-3 business days, sometimes longer for remote areas.


For plants, please choose a shipping time of maximum 3 days.

For animals, please choose a shipping time of 1-3 business days, or even better if available: Shipping Québec or Shipping Canada.

Warranties

For all requests, please take photos and send them to us at info@animalerie-eragon.com and give us as much detail as possible about the situation.

-Products: Guaranteed if defective or broken upon arrival. If they are damaged, you will have the option of a partial refund. -Plants: Guarantee if you have chosen a maximum 3-day delivery option. Animals: Guaranteed if you have chosen a maximum 2-day delivery option OR Shipping Quebec OR Shipping Canada. -Living” warranty: Unless otherwise indicated, someone must be present when the order is received for the guarantee to apply. Some carriers, such as Canada Post, can hold your package at your local post office. -Shipping date for animals and plants: We reserve the right to delay delivery in case of extreme cold or risk of carrier delays.

We accept Visa, MasterCard®, PayPal, Square.

When it comes to purchasing anything online, the security question towers above everything else. Our store’s overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security is something we do not take lightly. All of your shopping here will be a fun and safe experience. If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department with your billing questions.

Local pick-up and delivery

Pick-up and local delivery options are available. Local delivery is available at low cost.


You'll be passing through the region and would like to pick up an order? Come and see us at 466 route 138 Ragueneau (Québec, Canada).

For local people, you'll have the option of local delivery or pick-up.

How do we ship plants and animals?

They are packed in insulated boxes and heated with heat packs. Pet delivery may not be available in certain regions / provinces of Canada. We regret that we are unable to ship outside Canada at this time.

Retour et remboursement

Returns and refunds

We accept returns and refunds under certain conditions:

1- Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in good condition. Returns are at your expense.

2- Broken products can be refunded. Please take photos of the damaged item upon receipt.

3- Plants, live reptiles and insects cannot be returned. A refund can be given in the case of damage due to packaging or delivery. I remind you that you must be present for the reception of the ''live'', otherwise no guarantees will apply. Please take photos upon receipt.


Refunds will be made to your original payment method or by bank transfer. In-store credit is available if you prefer. Please contact me by email for a refund or return request at info@animalerie-eragon.com and give as many details and photos as possible about the situation.
