The Eutropis multifasciata, often called the Orange-throated Skink or Multiple-banded Skink, is an active and fascinating tropical lizard native to Southeast Asia. Species description
The Eutropis multifasciata has an elongated body covered with smooth and glossy scales giving it an almost metallic appearance. Its coloration varies according to age, sex and geographical origin, but several individuals have brown, copper, orange or gold tones.
Adult males often develop more intense colours, particularly in the throat and flanks.
